Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called American Installs because I needed to run internet from one building to another and also have a server room hooked up. I spoke with Al, the owner, and after a brief conversation he asked me to text him the equipment I already had on site. Throughout the day, we exchanged several messages and he patiently answered all of my questions and guided me on what needed to be done.
What impressed me most was that Al took the time to help me even before I committed to hiring him. That level of customer service is rare. In the end, I decided not to get in over my head with a DIY attempt and hired him instead. Al worked hard, stayed late to finish the job, and made sure everything was set up and working perfectly.
I would 100% hire Al again for any network or low-voltage needs. Highly recommend!
