Zoom is a free video chat app.. Use your cell phone or tablet and we will assign a tech to help review your installation needs.
When we conduct a video site survey keep in mind that the tech will require access to your video and audio through your device. We will walk through your locaiton together to gather information to help better understand your install needs.
We will text or email you a link 30 mins before. The link will start the zoom meeting on your device. You must start the meeting within the time frame inorder to make the appoitment. If you happen to miss the appoitment it would need to be reschedule.
