This workmanship warranty applies solely to installation-related issues resulting directly from the labor performed by American Installs LLC and does not cover manufacturer defects, customer-provided equipment, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, software issues, internet service provider issues, environmental conditions, power events, third-party modifications, normal wear and tear, or issues unrelated to the original installation workmanship.
Any parts, equipment, or products sold by American Installs LLC are subject solely to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, if any.

Customers are responsible for informing technicians of known hazards, hidden utilities, special construction conditions, fragile materials, or other concerns prior to the commencement of work.
American Installs LLC maintains general business insurance coverage; however, liability for claims arising from Services shall remain subject to the limitations, exclusions, deductibles, policy limitations, and liability limitations described within applicable agreements and Terms of Use.
Installation and service work performed at residential or commercial properties may be affected by existing construction methods, hidden obstructions, inaccessible areas, structural limitations, insulation, fire blocks, roofing conditions, masonry, brick, tile, concrete, stucco, pests, weather conditions, electrical issues, prior contractor work, or other unforeseen site conditions.

Network performance, Wi-Fi coverage, internet speed, roaming performance, streaming quality, signal strength, latency, and connectivity may vary based on building materials, interference, internet service provider limitations, network congestion, customer equipment, environmental conditions, and device capabilities.
