You agree that by accessing the Site, using our mobile application, requesting services, submitting work orders, scheduling appointments, uploading content, making payments, communicating with our staff or technicians, or otherwise using any portion of the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE OR SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to applicable text messages where supported. Certain service-related or account-related communications may still be sent as necessary for operational, security, legal, or transactional purposes.
American Installs LLC is not responsible for delayed, blocked, failed, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered communications caused by mobile carriers, internet providers, third-party communication platforms, spam filters, device settings, software limitations, or other factors outside of Our reasonable control.
Preferred Vendors featured on the American Installs LLC platform are independently owned and operated companies and are not employees, agents, partners, joint ventures, subcontractors, or representatives of American Installs LLC.
American Installs LLC provides scheduling, communication, referral, customer support, and technology platform services designed to help connect customers with independently owned service providers.
Preferred Vendors may be selected based on factors including professionalism, communication, customer service, responsiveness, customer feedback, reputation, reliability, business verification, and other internal review standards; however, American Installs LLC does not independently inspect all work performed and does not guarantee, warrant, supervise, direct, manage, control, endorse, recommend, certify, or guarantee the services performed by any Preferred Vendor.
All services, estimates, pricing, scheduling, rescheduling, workmanship, warranties, permits, code compliance, insurance coverage, customer interactions, project execution, technician supervision, and all service-related responsibilities are provided and managed solely by the selected Preferred Vendor.
American Installs LLC does not employ or manage the technicians, staff, subcontractors, or representatives of Preferred Vendors and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, conduct, services, performance, delays, scheduling issues, cancellations, property damage, code violations, permit issues, disputes, injuries, losses, or other matters arising from or related to services provided by any Preferred Vendor.
By requesting, scheduling, communicating, or utilizing services through the American Installs LLC platform, You acknowledge and agree that any agreement for services is solely between You and the selected Preferred Vendor.
You further acknowledge and agree that American Installs LLC acts solely as a technology platform, referral service, scheduling platform, and communication facilitator and shall not be held liable or responsible for any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, disputes, workmanship issues, delays, service interruptions, pricing disputes, acts, omissions, negligence, or other matters arising from or related to services performed by a Preferred Vendor.
By using the American Installs LLC platform, You further authorize American Installs LLC to collect, use, store, and share submitted customer information, including but not limited to contact information, service request details, scheduling information, uploaded files, photos, messages, project details, work order information, and related communications with independently owned Preferred Vendors for the purpose of facilitating appointments, communication, quoting, scheduling, customer support, dispatch coordination, and related platform services.
Customers are encouraged to independently verify Preferred Vendor qualifications, licensing, certifications, permits, and insurance coverage prior to authorizing or proceeding with services.
