We are very pleased with the work AL, with American Installs, did for us in our home. We had ethernet wire installed in our primary room and clean up old ethernet wires out of another room. It was exactly what we wanted. We will definitely use again when needed.

I hired America Installs to replace the old network cabling in my 40 year old two story condo. Al was very easy to work with and explained everything about the job before, during, and after completion. I am thoroughly satisfied with the overall level of service I received and would very much recommend American Installs.

I purchased a new tv impulsively due to Memorial Day Sale from Best Buy but they don’t offer same day mounting. So I googled & found American installs. They scheduled me & gave a 3 hour window. My husband and I were looking to mount a TV above the fireplace. We like projects and decided this was certainly something we could tackle. We bought a stud finder (only to realize it was an edge finder) and the mount as we had all the other stuff needed. Two hours in and we realized this was way beyond our talents and was better suited for the professionals! Enter American Installs!!! Al came in bright and early, meticulously measured and double checked everything!! I called on a Sunday and was installed on a Monday. I couldn’t be happier or more confident with my newly mounted TV!!! Absolutely the best hands down!!!!! This is coming from someone who is very picky and can be a challenge to please!! (Just ask my husband! :P) Anyway, Al if you’re reading this, thank you again for your prompt service and diligence!!! We really appreciate it!

Al has done all the TV installations for my office, and I would definitely recommend him and his services to anyone looking for installations in their home or office. He was able to come out to the office soon after I asked for an appointment, and he was very quick and respectful of the space. Al does excellent work, and I will definitely be reaching out to him again for future installs.

From start to finish, American Installs provided outstanding, timely, and thorough customer service — in fact, probably the best customer experience I’ve had, not just with a networking company but with any small/medium business period. Al was the consummate professional as he guided me through a residential networking project. The goal was to install cat6 network cable and a rack-mount network closet in my 30-year old, two-story home. During the planning phase, he met with me (virtually) on several occasions to review the scope of the project and set realistic expectations about the end result. He gave an honest and clear assessment of what was (and was not) feasible. Al went above and beyond to complete the project. Pricing was very reasonable. The end result (pictured) worked perfectly and was exactly what I hoped to achieve. With his help, I’ve “future-proofed” my home (at least for the near future) in a way that will allow me to extend and easily manage the network (i.e. access points, integrating fiber WAN). I cannot recommend American Installs more highly! Thank you, Al!

This company was awesome, they did a great job on installing an 85” tv. (It was a custom mounting) I found my go to company whenever I need any custom installation on tv, surround sound speakers and receivers.

American Installs is awesome!!! They provided me with same day service!!! Both gentlemen were professional. They called 30 mins prior to arrival and arrived within the time frame provided. They made sure I was comfortable with the positioning of the tv (55) before install. They cleaned up the debris from drilling. They dropped my cables behind the wall. I would definitely use them again.

Absolutely Professional! Mounted a center channel speaker above TV on fireplace. Also ran all my speaker wires hidden in the walls including rear speaker wires. Very friendly service!

So professional and great attention to detail. He ran CAT 6 and set up our home network. He cleaned up after the work. Installed all of our TV’s and sound bars and everything looks great and is running perfectly. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a network installer.

We have been having challenges with our Wifi at home for a couple of years and we’ve tried all known fixes but did not help. We decided to resort to hard wiring and calledAmerican Installs for quotes. The representative that took the call was very professional, respectful and nice. I wanted to point that out because we did call several companies and some of them were rude. Al came out to our home and took a look at the options of dropping a few lines, however due to his experience, high skill and networking knowledge he determined the home was already wired for voice which we can convert to data, saving us a ton of $$$. Al got the job done timely and clean. Most importantly he made sure we were satisfied after testing all the lines before submitting his invoice. I will definite be using American installs for future issues and will be referring them to anyone with data/networking needs. I high recommend American Installs!

We were having tons of issues with our internet but one visit and some new cable drops and we saw a no joke 20x increase in service speeds. Quick, Professional, and amazing service!

All was simply wonderful. We had a difficult problem to be solved in order to get some coax cable dropped from the other side of the den through the attic. Not only did he figure it out he also was very considerate to keep the work area clean AND all with a very pleasant banter. He is excellent!
